The Modern Montessori School comprises four programme divisions: Modern Montessori Kindergarten (MMKG), Primary School, Middle School, and an IBDP College. The school was established in 1985 and is located in Khalda, Amman. The MMS employs 381 staff members, including 250 teaching staff, and serves 1,800+ students. The school participates in the Jordan Schools' League for football and volleyball and provides a range of student-life options such as sports, performing arts, Model United Nations, internships, and career/university counseling. The MMSAA alumni association connects graduates with the school and its community.

The Modern Montessori Kindergarten uses Montessori pedagogy (MMKG). Primary School implements the Primary Years Programme (PYP). Middle School is an MYP accredited school and connects the Primary Years to the Diploma Programme. The Diploma Programme (DP) is offered, with MMS's Senior School providing DP college education and a broad range of DP subjects.
Model United Nations is available as part of Student Life. Internship Programme is offered. Sports are part of Student Life, along with Performing Arts. Mind, Body & Soul programs, the Amin Hasan Award, and a Cafeteria are part of campus life.
