Application and Entrance Fees

- Entrance / placement test fee (new students, KG–G12): JOD 50.
- Enrollment (registration) fees for new students (non-refundable):
- Applicable for KG–G1: JOD 500.
- Applicable for Grades 2–12: JOD 750.
- Seat reservation fee (payable yearly and deductible from annual tuition): JOD 800.

- Grades 6–8: JOD 6,531.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school requires five signed post-dated cheques to be submitted to the Finance Department with registration; cheques are dated as follows: 15/08/2026, 15/11/2026, 15/01/2027, 15/03/2027, 15/05/2027.
- Seat reservation and the first installment must be submitted with the re-registration form; the seat reservation fee is deductible from the annual tuition. No seat reservation is guaranteed unless full payment by post-dated cheques is received by the stated deadline.
- Students are enrolled for the whole academic year and payment of the total annual fee is an unconditional obligation. Charges paid and/or outstanding are not refundable in case of absence, dismissal, or withdrawal.

Per-installment (per cheque) amounts — five-installment schedule

- The school bills by five post-dated cheques on the dates specified above. Dividing each annual tuition amount by five produces the approximate payment required per cheque (simple division of the published annual tuition by five):
- Kindergarten: JOD 882.80 per installment.
- Grades 1–3: JOD 1,037.20 per installment.
- Grade 4: JOD 1,181.40 per installment.
- Grade 5: JOD 1,187.20 per installment.
- Grades 6–8: JOD 1,306.20 per installment.
- Grades 9 & 10: JOD 1,645.60 per installment.
- Grades 11 & 12 (IBDP): JOD 2,323.60 per installment.

Other mandatory and optional fees

- KG supervision (after school hours, optional): JOD 400.
- Educational technologies fees (annual):
- Kindergarten: JOD 170.
- Grades 1–2: JOD 200.
- Grades 3–8: JOD 300.
- Grades 9–10: JOD 380.
- Grades 11–12: JOD 320.
- Textbooks: Ministry of Education textbooks are included in the stated tuition. Other textbooks (international titles), examination fees, special courses, and extra-curricular activity fees are charged separately. Textbooks will be sold only to students whose fees have been paid.
- Transportation: charged separately and determined according to the student's residential zone (amounts not fixed on the published schedule).
- Special needs students: charged according to individual needs.
- Sibling discount structure:
- First child: 0% discount.
- First sibling: 10% discount.
- Next sibling: 15% discount.

Boarding / day status

- The school operates as a day school; boarding facilities are not provided.

Refund and cancellation policy

- Enrollment (registration) fees for new students are non-refundable.
- Charges paid and/or outstanding are not refundable in case of absence, dismissal, or withdrawal; students are enrolled for the full academic year and payment of the total annual fee is obligatory.
- Seat reservation is deductible from tuition but a seat is not guaranteed until the required payment and post-dated cheques are submitted by the stated deadline.
