NOS offers clubs and teams that support academic enrichment, including NOS MUN, science clubs, drama, music and art. Global Citizenship and Digital Citizenship underpin learning across all programmes. University Counselling helps seniors with university applications, exam preparation and related guidance.
Drama, Music and Art are integral to NOS life, with dedicated clubs and opportunities to perform and showcase work. Students can engage in creative projects through NOS Clubs & Teams and related activities.
The National Programme is taught primarily in Arabic, with English Language, English Science and French, and English Math in Grades 6-8. The International Cambridge Programme is taught primarily in English, using Cambridge Primary/Preparatory for Grades 1-5 and Cambridge Secondary for Grades 6-8, complemented by Arabic Language, Arabic Social Studies and Religion under MOE curricula. In high school, students can pursue Tawjihi, IAL/IGCSE/Edexcel/Cambridge, or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme with Foundation Years in Grades 9-10.
NOS fosters a broad range of student activities through NOS Clubs & Teams, including arts, sciences and athletics. Community Service Club provides opportunities for service projects, while NOS Athletics supports sports and fitness activities.

Stage (1-3) comprises eight 40-minute classes per day, with a 30-minute break after the third period and a 20-minute break after the sixth period. Wahbeh Tamari Kindergarten (KG1–KG2) operates at a nearby location with a bilingual programme, and the school emphasizes a home-like, supportive environment as part of its culture.
