Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Step 1. Complete an application form. Submit an application by calling, emailing, or sending a WhatsApp message. In response, information about the school is provided and a school tour is booked. The initial contact introduces enrollment options and programs. This step begins the admissions process. Step 2. Come for a school tour. The tour allows families to see the atmosphere and facilities firsthand. Staff describe the school's programs and show the classroom where the child will study. The visit helps assess fit before moving to testing. Step 3. Entrance test. Entrance test is required to determine readiness for the program. Kindergarten involves a conversation with a psychologist, a speech therapist, and a preschool education coordinator. Grade 0-1 involves a conversation with a psychologist, a speech therapist, and a primary school teacher. Grades 2-4 involve testing in Russian and mathematics, while Grades 5-12 involve testing in Russian, mathematics, and English. Step 4. Collect admission documents. Families are asked to gather the necessary documents to complete registration. The documents are collected to finalize enrollment and to proceed with formalities. This step ensures the enrollment process can move forward. Step 5. Conclude an agreement. All documents are collected and the contract is signed. Payment is made to finalize enrollment. Completion of the contract and payment confirms the child's enrollment at Miras International School. The process ends with the student officially enrolled.
The school runs an annual competitive scholarships/grants program for Grades 10-11 and the IB Diploma Programme. Grants are awarded based on academic performance and involvement in the school's community life. Discounts for winners can be substantial, including up to 50% for some new students and up to 100% for others. A call for grant applications is issued each year to invite eligible students to apply.
