Application and registration fees

Tuition fees — annual and per invoice (by year group)

- Deposit handling: Deposits are charged once on joining, may be topped up for losses/breakages, and the deposit (or balance) is refundable at the end of the pupil's final term following clearance by the Headteacher.
Other costs and exclusions
- Enrolment/application fee, examination fees and activity fees are not included in the annual tuition figures above; activity fees are charged separately with official communication from the Headteacher.
- Approved textbooks and exercise books are included in the tuition figures.
- A 20% advance payment of the tuition fee may be required in certain year groups where vacancies are limited; this advance payment is payable against the first term's invoice and is non‑refundable if a confirmed place is not taken up.
- Family discounts on tuition (applied on bills): 2nd child 10%; 3rd child 20%; 4th child 30%; 5th and subsequent children 40%. Family discount on transport (same route) = 50% for the 2nd and each subsequent sibling.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing schedule: Years 11, 12 and 13 are invoiced in two tranches (August and December). All other years are invoiced in three tranches (August, December and April).
- Payment timing and discounts: Fees are payable on or before the first day of each term. A 3% discount on tuition is applied when full payment is made within six days of the due date.
- Late payment surcharge: A surcharge of 1.25% per month is levied for late payment of fees.
- Withdrawal and refunds: One full term's written notice (acknowledged in writing by the Headteacher) is required for withdrawal; otherwise one full term's fees are payable in lieu of notice. Deposits are refundable at the end of the pupil's final term following clearance. The 20% advance payment required in some year groups is non‑refundable if a confirmed place is not taken up.
