Other costs and recurring charges

- Deposits: KSh 50,000 charged once on joining (top-up required if deductions are made for losses or breakages). The deposit (or balance thereof) is refundable at the end of a pupil's final term following clearance by the headteacher.

Refund and withdrawal terms

- Refunds: The deposit (or remaining balance) is refundable at the end of the pupil's final term following clearance by the headteacher. Advance payments required for limited-vacancy year groups are non-refundable if the confirmed place is not taken up.
- Withdrawal notice: A full term's written notice (acknowledged in writing by the headteacher) is required for withdrawal. If a full term's written notice is not received and acknowledged, a full term's fees are payable in lieu of notice.
- No refund is given for suspension or exclusion; other specific refund rules for examination or enrolment fees may apply and are invoiced separately.

Billing schedule, discounts and penalties — payment terms

- Billing schedule: Year 11–13 fees are billed in two tranches (August and December). Fees for all other year groups are billed in three tranches (August, December and April). Fees are payable on or before the first day of each term.
- Early payment discount: A 3% discount on tuition fees is given when full payment is made within 6 days of the due date.
- Family (sibling) tuition discounts: 2nd child 10%; 3rd child 20%; 4th child 30%; 5th and subsequent child 40% (applied to tuition fees only). Transport sibling discount: 50% on transport for the 2nd and each subsequent sibling on the same route.
- Late payment surcharge: 1.25% per month is levied on late payments.
- The Board of Directors reserves the right to alter fees with five months' notice.
