Two theatres (400-seat and 120-seat), two dining rooms and kitchens, a Braeburn Coffee Shop, a Braeburn Club and Sports Terrace, a Braeburn Business Centre and book exchange, a fleet of Braeburn buses, a solar-heated 25m swimming pool with a learner's pool, an indoor sports hall, a gym and aerobics/dance studio with an indoor pool.
