Languages such as French, Spanish and Mandarin are offered as part of Academic Extension. Journalistic activities, Model United Nations, a Mooting Club, Web Rangers, and the World Scholars Cup are also available. These activities extend learning beyond the core curriculum and provide a broad range of intellectual challenges.
Arts & Culture includes major annual drama and musical productions, with inter-house competitions to build stage confidence. Club Activities cover Art, Ballet, Chess, Choir, Cookery, Dance, Debate, Jewelry Making, Orchestra, Photography, Sculpture, Sign Language, Story Time and TEDx. In Music, students develop music skills and may pursue the BTEC Diploma in Music.

Regular inter-house events and competitions also provide opportunities for social engagement.
Students are placed in one of four Houses: Amboseli, Mara, Samburu or Tsavo. There are regular inter-house cultural events and sports fixtures each term. House Captains provide leadership opportunities and help develop leadership skills.
Sport is an integral feature of life at Brookhouse, allowing pupils to experience a diverse range of sports. Sports develop mental, physical and social well-being and promote good sportsmanship. Inter-house sports fixtures support teamwork and personal well-being.
Brookhouse Schools are private international day schools in Nairobi, Kenya, with premium on-site boarding at the Karen campus for boarders. The group operates two campuses, Karen and Runda, admitting pupils aged 1 to 18.
