- Withdrawal policy: One full term's written notice is required when removing a child from the school, or one full term's tuition fee in lieu of notice. The notice must be acknowledged by the headmaster.

Boarding fees
- Cavina operates as a day preparatory school; there are no boarding fees because boarding is not offered.
