Admissions Process

1. Inquire now. Greenwood Groove International accepts new students at any stage from Kindergarten through Year 13, at any time of the year. An admission inquiry form is available to start the process, and Lemmie Mongo, the admissions officer, will contact you promptly to guide you through the admission process. 2. Submit the Admission Inquiry Form. The form collects information from both the parent/guardian and the student, including parent/guardian details (Title, Surname, First Name, Email, Phone, Current Address) and student details (Date of Birth, Gender, Year Group on Entry, Enrollment Year). By submitting, you acknowledge the Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy. 3. Liaison and visit. The admissions officer reviews the inquiry and will outline any additional requirements or documents needed, and will help schedule a visit to experience the facilities and community. You can schedule a visit or ask questions by contacting the admissions team. 4. Term dates and ongoing process. Term dates for the listed academic periods are published: Term 1 opens on 1 September 2025, mid-term 13–17 October 2025, closing 5 December 2025; Term 2 opens 6 January 2026, mid-term 16–20 February 2026, closing 2 April 2026; Term 3 opens 21 April 2026, mid-term 25–29 May 2026, closing 3 July 2026.

Greenwood Groove International School is an IGCSE-oriented institution located in Nyali, Mombasa, serving learners from ages 3 to 18.
