Herald International School in Kenya offers a British-Curr Curriculum education with Cambridge Primary for Year 1 to Year 6 (ages 5 to 11) and a programme to age 16. English is taught as a first or second language alongside mathematics, science, Cambridge Global Perspectives and ICT. The Cambridge Primary framework provides clear learning objectives and supports progression across core subjects, with Cambridge Primary assessments such as Progression Tests and Checkpoint to track progress over time. The school emphasises spiral progression and ongoing professional development for staff, including the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers. Facilities include a library and an ICT Suite; every classroom has internet-connected computers, and ICT is used for computer studies weekly. PSHCE is delivered following SEAL.
