1. Admissions are currently open for KG 1, KG 2, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6, Year 7, Year 8, Year 9, Year 10, Year 12, and Year 13. Some slots are limited at the moment. You are advised to view admission requirements before filling the application form. 2. Submit the admission application form via the provided link. 3. If vacancies are limited and a student cannot be accommodated immediately, the student may be placed on a waiting list; in certain year groups a 20% advance payment of the tuition fee may be required as part of the First Term's fees. 4. Fees are in Kenyan Shillings per term and billed in August, December, and April, except for Year 11, 12, and 13 which are billed as an annual fee in two installments (August and December). Fees are payable on or before the first day of each term, with a 1.25% monthly surcharge on balances. An early payment discount of 5% on tuition is offered if the full year's fees are paid before the due date. In year groups with limited vacancies, a 20% advance payment may be required and the waiting list applies. Lunch is compulsory for day students; boarding fees cover meals; uniforms are not included in the fees; Cambridge examination fees for Years 11–13 must be paid by January 30; Cambridge exam registrations cannot be completed until the balance is cleared. A sibling discount applies to tuition (2nd child 10%, 3rd and others 20%), and activity/club fees are not included in the basic school fees. A full term's notice in writing is required for withdrawals; the Headteacher's acknowledgment of the notice is also required, otherwise a full term's fees are payable in lieu of such notice. The Board of Directors reserves the right to alter fees with three months' notice, and the school reserves the right of admission.
