Other costs and notes
- School and PE uniform is not included in the fees; uniforms are charged separately.
- Lunch fee is compulsory for day students.
- Lunch fees and boarding fees may be amended within an academic year to reflect inflation or changes in commodity costs.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fee invoices are issued annually and sent to parents once a year before the academic year starts; additional fees (exam, trips, activities) that arise during the year will be added to the invoice.
- All fee types must be paid in full fifteen (15) days before the beginning of each term.
- Termly fee types are chargeable and payable over three terms for all classes, except Years 6, 9, 11, 12 and 13 which are chargeable and payable over two terms only (Term 1 and Term 2).
- A surcharge of 5% per month is levied on any outstanding fee balance.
- In certain year groups with limited vacancies, a 50% advance payment of tuition will be required as part of the first term's fees; this advance payment is non‑refundable if the place is forfeited.
- A written notice of at least five weeks (35 days) prior to the beginning of the next term must be submitted to the school's official email and acknowledged by the Principal to formally withdraw a student; in the absence of such notice a full term's fees shall be payable.

Refunds and withdrawal conditions
- No reimbursement, refund, or credit note will be made if a student drops boarding/dormitory.
- The 50% advance required for limited‑vacancy admissions is non‑refundable if the place is forfeited.
- Exam registrations cannot be completed until the school fee balance is cleared; withholding of official documents or access to services may occur if fees remain unpaid.
