MSIS uses the Cambridge International Curriculum across Early Years, Junior School and Senior School. The Cambridge Pathway at MSIS includes Cambridge Early Years, Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary (Years 7–8), Cambridge Upper Secondary (IGCSE/O Levels, Years 9–11) and Cambridge A Levels. The Senior School provides a broad, inclusive curriculum focused on character, leadership and life skills within academic, social, spiritual, cultural and sporting development. A'Level students are prepared for higher learning, and Cambridge qualifications are widely recognized by universities.
