Full boarding co-educational. The Boarding section describes a caring environment with partnership between parents and the School, and the Head of Boarding has overall responsibility for the boarding provision, welfare and curriculum outside normal teaching hours. Every boarder is provided with a personal bed-space in a single room of four bed-spaces. A wide range of activities after school hours and on weekends is provided to support social development and to ensure students grow in confidence, with the aim of caring for them physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
Uniforms are required for all students. Boys wear white shirts with navy trousers, navy pullovers and ties; girls wear white blouses with navy skirts or skorts and navy pullovers; games uniforms include white polo shirts with branding and tracksuits; house polo shirts come in Batian (Yellow), Sision (Red) and Lenana (Green). The uniform items are supplied by Animet Ltd, with contact details listed; please label all uniform pieces.
All meals, beddings and laundry are included in the boarding fees.

Naisula School operates across two campuses in Kenya, Kajiado and Tilisi, serving students aged 3 to 18. The Kajiado campus offers full boarding for a co-educational community on a 25-acre site. The curriculum blends the National Curriculum of England and Wales with an international context: Key Stage 3 at Kajiado (Years 8–9) with internal assessments and Cambridge Checkpoint, Key Stage 4 (Years 10–11) with IGCSE, and Sixth Form (Years 12–13) delivering the IB Diploma with DP1/DP2 plus external Cambridge AS/A2 components. Tilisi delivers the British National Curriculum across Early Years to Key Stage 4, culminating in IGCSE; the school is pursuing the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and is a candidate school for the DP. Facilities include science and computer laboratories, and art/design and music resource centres, plus a full sports program with a swimming pool, basketball court and soccer pitch.
