Co-curricular activities at Oshwal Academy Nairobi Primary support academic development. Non-Paid Activities include Art and Craft, Board Games, Home Science, Eco Club, Scouting, Playground Games, Lego, School Band, Oratorical Club, Young Journalists Club and MSMUN. Paid Activities are offered after school by external specialists and include Taekwondo, Instrumental Music, Drama, Zumba, Chess, Ballet, Coding, First-Aid, Lamda, Creative Arts and Craft, Badminton, Gymnastics and Yoga. The school encourages participation in national and international competitions such as The Queen's Commonwealth Essay Writing Competition, Toyota Dream Car Art Competition, MSMUN at UNEP in Gigiri, Nairobi Verse Speaking, Inter House Debates, and the World Scholar's Cup Challenge; athletes have represented the region in various sporting events.

Oshwal Academy Nairobi is a co-educational international day school for ages 2 to 18, delivering a British curriculum through Cambridge and Pearson examining bodies. The four semi-autonomous campuses: Nursery, Primary, Junior High and Senior High provide a continuous learning path from EYFS in Playgroup to Cambridge IGCSE and Edexcel IGCSE, then Cambridge International AS and A Levels, plus BTEC qualifications. The school traces its roots to the Oshwal Education & Relief Board, established during World War II to unite Oshwals across Kenya.
