Premier Academy Nairobi is a co-educational day school delivering an adapted British National Curriculum for students aged 2½ to 19 years. Located along Prof. Wangari Maathai Road, Nairobi, it draws on 30 years of experience with a team of over 100 educators. The curriculum follows the Cambridge framework within the British system. In Prep School (Key Stages 1 and 2), pupils study English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, and Kiswahili, with French and Spanish introduced from Year 3; Cambridge Primary assessments are taken annually. Middle School (Years 7–9) follows Cambridge Lower Secondary, while High School (Years 10–13) offers IGCSE with nine subjects plus core English, English Literature, and a Modern Foreign Language, and AS/A-Levels. The campus features six computer laboratories and nine science laboratories, along with libraries, a computerized resource centre, and three swimming pools, plus cricket, hockey, football pitches, and a basketball court. ECO-ONE and clubs support the holistic, global-minded program.

Premier Academy teaches British Curriculum, Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels, Cambridge A Levels, Montessori Curriculum, EYFS (Early years foundation stage), Pearson Edexcel IGCSE for students aged 2 to 18.
Premier Academy follows the Cambridge Curriculum framework within the British National Curriculum. In Prep School (Key Stages 1 and 2), students aged 5½–11½ study core subjects with Kiswahili available across Years 1–6 and Modern Foreign Languages (French and Spanish) introduced from Year 3; Cambridge Primary assessments, known as Primary Insight (formerly Cambridge CEM/IN CAS), are taken annually. The KS1 & KS2 syllabus includes English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, Kiswahili, French, Spanish, Music, Art, Drama, PSHE, and a range of co-curricular activities such as Zippy's & Apple's Friends, Computer Science & Coding, Swimming and Physical Education. Middle School (Years 7–9) follows the Cambridge Lower Secondary curriculum, and High School (Years 10–13) offers IGCSE with nine subjects and a core of English, Literature, and a Modern Foreign Language, with additional subjects drawn from a pool of 23; AS & A-Levels are also offered. The school emphasizes a holistic program with extensive extracurriculars and language offerings across the senior years.
Primary students sit Cambridge Primary Insight Exams annually; in Middle School, Lower Secondary Checkpoint Examinations are taken in English, Mathematics and Science, with plans to offer Global Perspectives checkpoints from 2026; in High School, IGCSE subjects are offered (nine subjects with core English, Literature, and a Modern Foreign Language) and AS & A-Levels are available; assessments are both formative and summative with ongoing work and exams throughout the year.
University scholarships have totalled 77,572,238 Kenyan shillings, reflecting strong university opportunities; the Careers Department provides personalised mentorship and university guidance to help learners pursue higher education and professional opportunities worldwide.
Premier Academy provides support for emotional and social development through Student Support Services. The department, led by Shazma Mukri, collaborates with students, parents/guardians, and school staff to address emotional, social, academic, and personal well-being and tailor support to individual learning needs and career aspirations. The aim is to create a nurturing environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally and build confidence for life. The Counselling Department offers safe spaces, wellness programs, and ongoing guidance to students and families, and staff collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student well-being.
Learning Support Services provide individualized support to all learners, using one-on-one or small-group sessions and in-class accommodations tailored to each student's needs. The department works with mainstream teachers to plan differentiated instruction and monitor progress, with the aim of helping every student reach their potential. The Pastoral Care program supports emotional and personal growth, complementing academic support.
Pastoral Care and the Counselling Department deliver mental well-being programs and emotional support for students.
Confidentiality applies to student–counsellor conversations; if a student is at risk of harm or someone is in danger, the counsellor must share concerns with the appropriate authorities to ensure safety.
1. Begin with the Registrar's Office. The Registrar's Office is the point of contact for all admissions and student records matters and serves as the liaison for outbound communications to embassies, universities, and other external parties. Prospective parents complete the inquiry form and the school responds with next steps. Registration Forms are collected from the Registrar's Office, and a Registration Fee of 5,000 Ksh is payable. All non-Kenyan students must apply for a Student Pass. 2. Admission to Kindergarten. The Kindergarten program starts the learning journey in a nurturing environment that supports growth, curiosity, creativity, and confidence as children develop into independent learners. The curriculum blends play-based learning with structured activities and social interaction to develop communication, problem solving, and emotional intelligence. 3. Admission to Prep and Secondary School. After completing registration, students seeking admission to the Prep and Secondary Sections sit for entrance examinations to assess academic readiness and placement. For 2026–2027 Year 1 admissions, the entrance test date was Saturday, 7 February 2026. Successful candidates may attend an interview or orientation. Admission is based on performance, available spaces, and alignment with Premier Academy's academic standards and values. 4. Offer of Admission. Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of the candidate's abilities and the school's capacity to accommodate their needs. Offers of admission are issued in writing, depending on places available and once the entry criteria are met. While the Academic Year begins in September, admissions can be considered in January with the exception of the reception class, years 11 and 13. 5. Enquiries and registration formalities. To initiate the process, contact the Registrar's Office or submit an enquiry; Registration Forms are obtained from the Registrar's Office and the Registration Fee of 5,000 Ksh is payable. All Non-Kenyan students must apply for a Student Pass before enrollment.
