- Late payment penalty: KES 5,000 per month will be charged if fees are not paid by the due dates.
- Withdrawal: A trimester's written notice is required, or payment of one trimester's fee in lieu of notice. Notices must be submitted during the first week of the final term the child is attending.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as part of the school's fee schedule; the school is operated as a day school (bus/transport is provided for day pupils).

Refund and non‑refund rules
- Application and enrolment (registration) fees are one‑off and non‑refundable.

- Withdrawal prior to the end of term requires a term's notice or payment of one trimester's fee in lieu of notice; this is the operational rule for fee cessation and relates to refund/credit handling on withdrawal.
Fee payment options and administrative procedures
- Payments are accepted via bank transfers and mobile payment channels; parents are required to follow the school's payment instructions and to send proof of payment to the school accounts contact as instructed by the school.
- Parents should ensure payments include the pupil's full name and payment narration as required by the school's accounts office.
Notes on timing and applicability
- The figures above reflect the published official fee schedule in the school's current fee document and summaries available for the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 cycles; Year 11–13 billing is handled as two billings per academic year rather than three separate trimester bills.

Rusinga Schools offers a British Curriculum alongside a Christian ethos for learners aged 1 to 18. The school provides learning journey from early years to secondary, aligning international standards with values-based education. In the early years, children engage in phonics, number play, and social development within a supportive environment that fosters curiosity. Primary and secondary grades follow the British framework, with progression through key stages, guided by assessment criteria familiar to international families.
