Billing schedule and payment terms
- Family fee statements with individual pupil invoices are issued at the end of each term. “Extras” (non-predictable costs such as medical, stationery, postage, telephone, etc.) are charged in arrears for that term; basic fees, pocket money and other predictable costs are charged in advance for the following term. Invoices can be raised in Kenya Shillings or US Dollars.
- Payment due date: the family account must be paid in full by the date shown on the invoice — that is, before the first day of the next term. No cash payments are accepted; payment should be made directly into the school's bank account.
- Students in Years 11 and 13: the total year's fees must be paid in two equal instalments — the first payable on the first day of the academic year and the second at the beginning of the February half term.

Penalties, charges and late payment
- Bank charges for telegraphic transfers, banker's drafts and any dishonored (“bounced”) cheques are added to the family account. Dishonored cheques attract an additional USD 100 administration fee. Interest (stated at 5%) will be added to outstanding balances beginning one week after fees become due and at monthly intervals thereafter.

Refund information
- The admission deposit (50% of one term's full basic fees) is refundable in full on leaving provided there are no outstanding debts; if less than one term's notice of leaving is given the full deposit is non-returnable. Registration deposits used to reserve an offered place are refunded at the time of leaving (subject to the same conditions).

- Invoices may be issued in KES or USD and payment must be made by bank transfer into the school's bank account; no cash payments are accepted. Admissions
1. Submit an Admissions Application via the Senior School admissions portal to request a place. 2. 3. After a successful application, interview and entrance assessment, a deposit is payable to secure a place; the deposit is non-refundable unless the vacancy created by withdrawal is filled, in which case the school refunds the deposit less its costs. The deposit forms part of the final invoice and reservation of a place is conditional on payment of the deposit. 4. The school may request information and a reference from the child's current school, and will bind the parents and pupil to the terms and conditions upon accepting a place.

Scholarships
The school offers Scholarships for excellence in academia, sport, art, music and all-round performance. Turi Scholarships provide a 10%–20% reduction to full fees and are awarded based on assessments and the Headmaster's discretion; they are available at Senior School for students in Year 9 (age 14), with assessments taking place in Years 7 and 8.
