The Mombasa Academy is a private day school for boys and girls aged 3 to 18. The school comprises three departments: Junior School, Preparatory School, and Senior School. All three departments are housed on the same campus. They share facilities and, to a considerable extent, staff expertise.
Most pupils take part in extra-curricular activities which take place during lunch hour or after school. Bandari Swimming Club is part of these activities. The co-curricular offerings include School Plays, Sports, Educational Trips, and Interhouse Activities.
The Mombasa Academy is a private day school in Nyali for boys and girls from early years through to the end of secondary education. It follows the British Curriculum with Pearson Edexcel IGCSE, offering progression to O-levels in Years 9–11 and A-levels in the Sixth Form. The school is organised into three divisions—Junior School, Preparatory School and Senior School—housed on a single campus with shared facilities and staff. English is the language of instruction throughout, while French begins in Class 1 and is developed through to reading and writing in Class 4. General Science culminates in the Edexcel Primary Curriculum Science Examination in Year 6. Pearson Accreditation logos are displayed, and a pupil has been recognised as Top in the World in Mathematics. Extra-curricular offerings include music (band, choir, recorder/guitar/keyboard), School Plays, Bandari Swimming Club, inter-house activities and Community Action Projects that reinforce leadership, teamwork and service within the school community.
