Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
The school's enrolment process begins with confirming space availability and booking a date for the child's assessment. A child assessment is conducted at the school. After a successful assessment, an offer of acceptance is issued immediately, along with the information sheet and registration forms. The guardian pays the full school fees to reserve class space and to purchase the required school uniform. Registration forms and the necessary documents are submitted to the school administration office together with the payment receipts. On the first day, the child is placed in a class, assigned a teacher, and provided with the necessary stationery. The school maintains small classes of up to 20 pupils to maximise teacher-pupil attention. French and computer classes are offered.
Zuwena International School is a Christian day school serving children from age 1 through 9. The school brings together three strands of education in a single, cohesive program: Montessori-inspired early learning, the 8-4-4 framework, and the English-speaking British curriculum. The result is a bespoke curriculum designed to support curiosity, independence, and steady progression across foundational years. In the early years, children experience prepared Montessori environments with hands-on materials that foster self-directed learning and practical life skills. As students advance, teaching aligns with the 8-4-4 structure while incorporating British curriculum elements, ensuring exposure to internationally recognized vocabulary, assessment approaches, and progression expectations. The Christian ethos informs the school day, with values-based learning integrated into academics and community life. Community involvement and partnerships are encouraged, and the school emphasizes a smooth transition through the primary years, helping overseas families acclimate to a new educational system while maintaining familiar routines and supports globally.
