The school enrolls students aged 2.5 to 18 and delivers IB PYP, IGCSE, and IB DP programs with English as the language of instruction and strong mother tongue support in Latvian, Russian, and French. The Admissions Team reviews each application and, if eligibility and space exist, directs the applicant to the appropriate assessment; extra information may be requested, and High School applicants may be interviewed with the Head of Teaching and Learning or the IB Coordinator. Interviews and assessments differ by level: Preschool (1.5–6 years) requires an official copy of the last term/year report for Grades 2–9 or the last two years for Grades 10–12, plus a “trial day” and a family meeting with the Preschool leadership; School applicants (Grades 1–12) undergo a placement diagnostic test for Grades 1–2, an online English placement test and a writing assessment, and interviews with the school psychologist and family, with an additional Head of High School interview for Grades 10–12 if required. Applicants must demonstrate an English level appropriate to their grade (e.g., Grade 1 at A1, Grade 7 at B1, Grade 11 at C1). Admissions results are communicated by email within 5 working days after testing and interviews; to enroll, submit a signed Enrollment Application, read and accept Terms and Conditions (and Boarding Terms if applicable), sign the Payment Schedule, and sign the Family/Boarding Handbook. Invoices from the Financial Department are issued after you confirm; enrollment is confirmed upon payment. Additional documents before joining include medical forms (Form 026/U) and vaccination documents for Preschool, or medical statements and previous school transcripts for international families, and all applicants must present a valid passport/ID and the birth certificate. Fees information is published in the school's fee PDF, and there are municipal co-financing arrangements for Preschool in certain districts; scholarships exist for High School, with details published by the Admissions team.
