International Montessori School of Latvia (IMSOL) offers an English-medium, co-educational program for ages 2 to 12 that blends Montessori pedagogy with the IB Primary Years Programme. The Preschool (ages 2.5–6) blends Montessori with IB PYP Early Years, emphasizing inquiry-based, mixed-age learning. The Elementary Program (ages 6–12) blends Montessori with the IB PYP, applying the IB Scope and Sequence for Science and Social Studies and integrating Common Core standards for Language and Math. IMSOL is a candidate IB World School pursuing authorization for the PYP and holds dual accreditation with the IB PYP and Waterpark Montessori Institute, a unique credential. English is the language of instruction, with multilingual development through Latvian Studies and a Home Language Program. The Mastu iela campus opened its main building in August 2024, featuring a gym, cafeteria, art room, music room, library, and two playgrounds, plus a preschool space. Outdoor education and excursions accompany daily learning.
