Application / Enrolment fees
- Membership / Registration Fee (one-time, non‑refundable, per student): EUR 1,600.
- Capital Fee (annual, per student): EUR 2,000 for new students; EUR 1,500 for returning students. The capital fee is charged yearly.
- Enrolment deposit / prepayment: a non‑refundable tuition prepayment of 10% of the annual tuition is required at the start of the payment schedule.
Tuition — annual and per‑payment breakdown by year group
- Annual tuition (per school year):
- Preschool: EUR 10,500.
- Kindergarten: EUR 12,250.
- Grades 1–5: EUR 15,900.
- Grades 6–8: EUR 17,400.
- Grades 9–12: EUR 18,400.
- Instalment options and exact payment dates (new student, August start):
- Option A — 1 instalment: Prepayment 10% (immediate, non‑refundable) + remaining 90% due on 5 August.
- Example: Preschool — Prepayment EUR 1,050; 5 Aug payment EUR 9,450 (total EUR 10,500).
- Option B — 2 instalments: Prepayment 10% (immediate) + 40% due 5 August + 50% due 5 October.
- Example: Grades 1–5 (EUR 15,900) — Prepayment EUR 1,590; 5 Aug EUR 6,360; 5 Oct EUR 7,950.
- Option C — 4 instalments: Prepayment 10% (immediate) + 30% due 5 August + 20% due 5 October + 20% due 5 December + 20% due 5 February.
- Example: Grades 9–12 (EUR 18,400) — Prepayment EUR 1,840; 5 Aug EUR 5,520; 5 Oct EUR 3,680; 5 Dec EUR 3,680; 5 Feb EUR 3,680.
- Option D — 8 instalments: Prepayment 10% (immediate) + payments on the 5th of Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar distributed as 15%, 15%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10% of the annual tuition respectively (these eight payments together equal the remaining 90%).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoices are issued and payment is due within 10 calendar days of the invoice date (payment must be made before the student's first day of school when enrolment occurs close to start). For mid‑year entrants some tuition may be prorated; invoicing and full tuition due dates follow the school's invoice terms.
- Late payment penalties: Administrative fee EUR 30 if a payment is 10 calendar days overdue, plus interest at 0.1% per day on overdue amounts. The School may exclude students from classes when payments are overdue more than three months and may refer debts for collection. Documents (reports/transcripts/diplomas) may be withheld until accounts are in good standing.
Boarding
- Boarding is not provided. The school operates as a day school and offers day‑time services such as a hot lunch programme and daily bus transport.
Other costs and optional services
- School lunch (hot meals prepared on campus): Primary: EUR 6.50 per day; Secondary: EUR 7.50 per day. Lunch invoices are sent twice per school year (November and May). These amounts are invoiced separately from tuition.

International School of Riga is a private, not-for-profit international school offering education from Toddlers to Grade 12 in Latvia. Established in 1997, it operates on two central Riga campuses: the Primary Campus at Kalnciema 118 and the Secondary Campus at Skanstes 27. ISR serves about 305 students from more than 47 nationalities. Instruction is in English, with English as an Additional Language support; languages such as Latvian, French and Spanish are offered as world language options. The school provides the International Baccalaureate continuum: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for preschool–Grade 5, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6–10 (the Middle School uses the IMYC in part), and the Diploma Programme (DP) for Grades 11–12. ISR is an IB World School and a Candidate School for the MYP. The Secondary Campus is near the Olympic Centre, with modern facilities for PE. It also offers 40+ activities through the ASA program, including STEM workshops and arts, culture, and service programs; Latvian cultural experiences are provided through Latvijas Skolas soma.
