For mid‑year entrants some tuition may be prorated; invoicing and full tuition due dates follow the school's invoice terms.
- Late payment penalties: Administrative fee EUR 30 if a payment is 10 calendar days overdue, plus interest at 0.1% per day on overdue amounts. The School may exclude students from classes when payments are overdue more than three months and may refer debts for collection. Boarding
- Boarding is not provided. The school operates as a day school and offers day‑time services such as a hot lunch programme and daily bus transport.

Other costs and optional services

- Other routes show higher semester fees (examples vary by route and are invoiced in November and April). Bus invoices specify payment dates and must be paid by bank transfer.

Overnight and overseas excursions are charged separately. Exam fees (IB DP / Grade 12 external exam fees) and Extended Day Programme costs are charged where applicable; amounts are confirmed and invoiced separately.
- School merchandise / optional items: school merchandise is available; there is no mandatory uniform fee published as a separate compulsory charge. Purchases of merchandise are additional.

Refunds and early‑withdrawal
- Families leaving before the end of the school year must give at least 30 days' written notice. Tuition must be paid for those 30 days. If tuition was paid in advance, the proportional part of advanced payments will be refunded based on the last school day. Refund percentages by withdrawal date are applied as follows (tuition percentage due at the time of withdrawal): After 5 Aug: 25% | After 5 Sep: 40% | After 5 Oct: 50% | After 5 Nov: 60% | After 5 Dec: 70% | After 5 Jan: 80% | After 5 Feb: 90% | After 5 Mar: 100%. The Membership/Registration Fee, the Capital Fee and the 10% prepayment are non‑refundable. Fee payment method(s)
- Invoices for fees and services are issued and payments are required by bank transfer (payments are made by bank transfer within the payment terms stated in each invoice).
