Wearing a uniform has a positive influence on students, strengthening self-esteem, pride and belonging to the school. A Uniform Committee, consisting of parents, heads of departments and teachers, developed AIS's uniform to be easy to wear, practical and fashionable.
AIS is affiliated with the Antonine maronite order and is part of the Communion of Catholic Schools network, and participates in the Anglophone Catholic Schools (CASL). The Administrative Council governs AIS and includes the Father Superior, Father Director, the school bursar, and heads of cycles; they meet twice a month to address issues, set strategic plans and oversee operations.
