Eastwood International School Beirut offers an International Baccalaureate (IB) Continuum: IB-PYP Early Years and IB-PYP Primary Years, IB-MYP Middle School, and the IB-DP Diploma Program. The IB-PYP options are available in English or French, including a French Section (Section Française). Three diverse high school pathways are offered: the IB-DP, American High School, and the Lebanese LB Program, with university preparation support. The program emphasizes self-directed, inquiry-based learning and aims to prepare students for higher education and global opportunities.
Arts and creativity are integrated across the program. The IB-PYP Early Years is Montessori-based and includes yoga, mindfulness, music and movement, performing arts, language immersions, and STEM-based activities. After-school activities expand opportunities for creative expression through leadership, mindfulness, robotics, photography, and theatre.
English and French are used in the IB-PYP Early Years and Primary Years (English/French). A dedicated IB-PYP French Section is offered, and the Lebanese LB Program provides English-language instruction while serving Lebanese and international students. The LB Program runs through Grades 9–12, with additional opportunities tailored to Lebanese and international learners.
After-school offerings include leadership, mindfulness, robotics, photography, and theatre, with a Study Clinic providing extra academic support. The program also features events such as Christmas painting, Wellness Day, cookie decorations, and Clay Night, along with international celebrations like International Day of Tolerance and Culture Day to foster community.
The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award program is available to students, and the Friends of Eastwood School Foundation supports school communities and educational initiatives. International celebrations and community-building activities reinforce a global, inclusive school culture.

Mindfulness is a school-wide program for all students from Nursery through Grade 12, with regular sessions to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management. Mindfulness practices include relaxation techniques and structured mindfulness activities, complemented by wellbeing-focused events and practices within the school's program.
