Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. The Admissions Policy follows a first-come, first-served approach so the Admissions Office reviews applications as soon as they are received. When a class runs out of available places, additional application requests are not accepted. Orientation meetings or campus visits can be arranged for parents before or after submission once approval is granted. 2. Admissions Procedure: Applicants begin by filling in the required information via the Admissions Form. After receiving email confirmation that eligibility to submit an application is granted, you may pick up a form from the specified branch as detailed in the email, and submit it within 2 working days. 3. Application Fee and Initial Assessment: A non-refundable 100 USD cash application fee covers processing costs. After the application is reviewed, you will receive an email with the date, time and branch for your child's interview (KG1-G1) or placement test (G2-G8LP/G2-G11IP). Grade 2-7 applicants take English, Arabic and Math placement tests; Grade 8 and above also take Physics and Chemistry tests; IB applicants have an interview with the IB Coordinator to identify potential majors. 4. Results: Following the interview or placement test, a decision (acceptance or rejection) is provided within 2 working days. 5. Registration: If accepted, there are 3 days to complete registration for the upcoming academic year at the Beirut Branch accounting offices, including signing the registration letter and paying a one-time non-refundable 1000 USD registration fee plus the first tuition installment (KG: 1000 USD and 20,000,000 LL; G1-G12: 1200 USD and 20,000,000 LL). An orientation session may be scheduled if needed. Places are limited and deadlines must be observed.
