Introduction

Greenfield College, located in Al Morouj, Bir Hassan, Lebanon, offers the dual pathway international education from kindergarten to secondary. The school provides the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) alongside Lebanese Baccalaureate, French Baccalaureate, and a High School Diploma, supported by a bespoke STEAM-focused curriculum. Students experience two language pathways: French-based or English-based curricula; in both pathways English and French are studied as additional languages. The science and technology program emphasizes experiential learning and fieldwork, including a Microsoft robotics and programming program and a practical investigation (TP) component from grades three to twelve. Graduation requires regular attendance, a satisfactory disciplinary record, a minimum average of 60%, and no failing grades in core subjects. Extracurricular life centers on the CAS program, which promotes creativity, activity and service and connects learning with real-world issues. The school runs project-based STEAM projects and offers electives in Arts and Music within the IB. Distinctive features include Transformation of Thought (TOT) leadership modules and pre-IBDP pathways.

Fees
Application & Registration fees

- A non-refundable registration fee of USD 50 is required within one week of the date on the acceptance letter to reserve a place for the upcoming academic year.
- An entrance examination and interview process is part of admissions; material and dates for entrance exams are provided to candidates during the admissions process (no separate entrance-fee amount is published in the admission policy).

Tuition fees by year group (annual / per-term detail)

- Specific annual and per-term tuition amounts by year group are not published in the school's admission policy document. Tuition is charged by year group and the school offers differential payment plans for tuition. Parents should expect tuition to be billed according to the school's payment plan schedules.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school offers differential (installment) payment of tuition fees. The first tuition payment is due in September each academic year. The registration fee must be paid within one week of the acceptance letter to hold the place. No further specific term dates or installment deadlines are listed in the admission policy.

Sibling discounts

- English-section families: a second-sibling tuition discount is offered in the range of 5% to 10% for families with two or more children.
- French-section families: a second-sibling tuition discount of 20% is offered for families with two or more children.

Boarding fees

- The school's published policies and admission documents do not list any boarding programme or boarding fees. No boarding fees are specified in the admission policy.

Other costs and typical additional charges

- The admission policy confirms the use of entrance examinations and the requirement to submit required documents at registration, but it does not list specific charges for textbooks, uniforms, transport, activity fees, examination fees, or other ancillary items. Those additional-cost categories are acknowledged operationally but no fixed amounts are specified in the admission policy.

Refund and withdrawal information

- The USD 50 registration fee is explicitly non-refundable. The admission policy does not publish a detailed tuition-refund or withdrawal-fee schedule within the admission-policy document.

Fee payment options

- The admission policy states that differential payment plans are available and specifies timing for the first tuition payment, but it does not list accepted payment methods (for example, bank transfer, credit card, or other platforms) in the admission-policy document.

Summary (practical points for parents)

- Pay the USD 50 non-refundable registration fee within one week of the acceptance letter to reserve the place.
- Prepare for an entrance examination and, where required, an interview as part of admissions.
- Expect to be offered an installment (differential) tuition plan with the first payment due in September.
- If enrolling more than one child, confirm which section (English or French) applies for sibling-discount rules: English section second-sibling discount is 5–10%; French section second-sibling discount is 20%.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Policy and eligibility. Greenfield College evaluates applicants based on academic potential, developmental maturity, school achievement, readiness for the program, and disciplinary record. Admission is not refused on race, gender, nationality, color, religion, or political affiliation. KG1 accepts children in the year they turn three. Applications from engaged and married individuals are not accepted. 2. Application and documents. Parents complete the enrollment process at the admissions office and submit documents: proof of birth date, original or certified copy of the child's previous grade reports, and proof of residential address. After completing the enrollment and filling out the admission application, candidates receive the entrance exam requirements and exam dates. Interviews are mandatory for kindergarten students and may be required for other applicants. 3. Examination and decision. The academic committee reviews entrance exam results, and preliminary decisions with recommendations are reported to the academic director. The academic director informs the parents of these decisions. The school retains the right to admit or reject a student for admission, and the head of school has final authority. Priority is given to better entrance exam results and stronger communication skills when applications exceed places. 4. Oversubscription and waitlist. When there are more applications than places, the school establishes an unranked waiting list. If openings occur, the admissions committee decides which candidate(s) to offer a place to, based on the needs and qualifications of the class. 5. Registration and tuition. After acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee is due within one week of the acceptance letter date to reserve a place for the upcoming academic year. The first tuition payment is due during the first week of September. 6. Discounts. Families with multiple children receive discounts on tuition: 5% for the second child, 10% for the third child, and 15% for the fourth child. 7. New student application. The new student application (pdf) is downloadable; fill it out and email to Admission@greenfieldcollege.com.

Waitlist

The school establishes an unranked waiting list when there are more qualified candidates than openings.
