LWIS-CiS campus comprises three main buildings. Block A houses the administration, Middle School, cafeteria, library, Counseling offices, infirmary, the arts and craft workroom, IT labs, and staff rooms. Block B houses the Preschool and Elementary Sections, biology and chemistry lab, learning support department, and the speech and psycho-motor therapist's room. Block C houses the Senior School Section, physics lab, arts room, assembly hall, an indoor playground equipped for football, basketball and rugby training, nutrition class kitchen, career counselor's office, and the community service office. The school also has three rented sporting facilities used by the football, basketball, rugby, and volleyball teams in addition to the basketball court on the premises. The Elementary Section uses a rented swimming facility in Beirut for swimming lessons for some classes.

Co-Curricular Departments include Music, Physical Education, Craft & Technical Arts, Photography, and Home Making. The Music program provides opportunities for learners, parents and staff to collaborate in school productions in a professionally designed area, with productions ranging from theatrical shows and talent shows to concerts, rhythm/drama performances, mini movie productions, and community service productions, and aims to develop creativity and confidence. Physical Education emphasizes holistic development and includes participation in Jr. NBA LWIS-CiS and school sports tournaments such as basketball and volleyball. Craft & Technical Arts offers design-focused experiences that move from theory to practice; Photography teaches basics of photography and image editing; Home Making covers topics such as nutrition, sewing, ceramics, cooking and drafting patterns.
LWIS-CiS City International School is a private international day school in Beirut offering English-medium instruction and a blended curriculum that includes the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, an American High School Program, and a bespoke approach for multilingual learners. The school serves KG1 to Grade 12, with Preschool, Elementary, Middle, and Senior School divisions, and delivers Arabic as a first/second language, French as a second language, and Spanish in the Senior School. It is an IB World School authorized for the Diploma Programme and NEASC-accredited since 2011; it is also a member of the LWIS Network.
