The Vilnius International French Lyceum is affiliated with the AEFE network and adheres to the French Ministry of National Education curriculum. Instruction is provided primarily in French. Lithuanian language instruction begins at the preschool level and continues through middle and high school to facilitate integration into the local education system. The school serves about 550 pupils across Preschool to High School, with around 48 teachers.

The school serves about 600 students from more than 20 nationalities across two Vilnius campuses, Šilo and Subačiaus, from preschool to lycée, with seven languages taught. Facilities include modern classrooms, a science laboratory, a knowledge and culture centre (library), a multipurpose room, a dining hall, and dedicated spaces for group work and student leisure. Plans include a gymnasium over 700 m2 and the adaptation of another site into a dance and gym room; transport to sports complexes via annual bus. After-school care and a leisure centre operate on both campuses, extending activities to 400 students.
