Queen Morta School is an International Baccalaureate Continuum School, with Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) candidacy and Diploma Programme (DP) delivery in English. It became an IB World School for the Diploma Programme in 2021 and was Cambridge International Examinations accredited in 2017 to implement international Cambridge primary and lower secondary programs. The Diploma Programme is taught in English, with Lithuanian literature taught in Lithuanian.
In Vilnius, clubs include Creative Workshops, Theatre, Art Studio, Ceramics, Contemporary Dance, Singing Studio, Arts Incubator, Sculpture, and Ukulele Club. In Kaunas, clubs include Acting and Public Speaking, Arts, Ceramics, and Silence Music Studio.
The school engages in international cultural exchanges, including the Nordplus project with a Swedish partner school, where students participate in language workshops in Lithuanian and Swedish and in creative art activities. The school also offers Lithuanian Language and Culture Education for Lithuanians living abroad. The IB framework emphasizes citizenship, global awareness, and intercultural understanding.

Morta's Kindness Projects is a voluntary initiative led by the families of Queen Morta School. The Student Parliament represents students' rights and participates in democratic governance of the school. The Advisory Board provides recommendations on school operations, and the Community Book outlines school rules and procedures.
The Student Parliament is elected by middle and upper school students for a one-year term. The Advisory Board is a collegial consultative body with representatives from the school, parents, and independent community members. The school runs a Teachers' Academy for ongoing professional development, with educators participating in training organized by the school and by visiting experts from Lithuania and abroad.

The school also operates an on-site urban garden to teach sustainable living and healthy habits.
Queen Morta School is an international IB continuum and Cambridge-accredited institution in Lithuania with campuses in Vilnius and Kaunas. The school serves students aged 5–18, offering Cambridge Primary and Secondary programs alongside the IB Primary Years Programme and Middle Years Programme as a Candidate School, and the Diploma Programme in the upper grades, taught in English (with Lithuanian literature taught in Lithuanian). Since the Vilnius campus opened a new building in 2020, the school has combined modern facilities with an urban garden for sustainability-inspired learning. Cambridge accreditation was achieved in 2017 and the school joined the IB World School network in 2022. It also launched the 13 Klasė parental program in 2023.
