1. Contact the Admissions Team
Parents can begin by reaching out to the Admissions team with questions about enrolment. Enquiries can be made online or by calling the provided contact number. The team will explain requirements, deadlines, and next steps to support families through the process.
2. Visit the School
Families are invited to the campus for a guided tour. During the visit, parents can attend presentations on the curriculum and meet both staff and current students. This helps parents gain a better understanding of the school environment.
3. Take an Assessment
Admission is subject to availability and completion of the required assessments. Parents will need to submit all supporting documents, and students will take an admissions test. Results are used to ensure appropriate placement.
4. Receive a Letter of Offer
If the student meets the requirements and a place is available, a formal Letter of Offer will be issued. Offers are made according to the school’s admissions policy and available spaces in each year group.
5. Complete the Admissions Form
Parents must complete the official admissions form—either for the private school or the international school—and return it with the necessary documents. This step finalises the student’s application paperwork.
6. Accept and Enrol
Once the admissions form is submitted, families confirm their acceptance by returning the signed offer. At this point, the child is officially enrolled, and the school prepares to welcome the student into the community.
Adcote Matrix International School offers scholarships to students who demonstrate strong academic ability and a positive attitude towards school life. These scholarships are available for entry into Year 7, Year 10 (for the IGCSE programme), and the Sixth Form (for A-Levels). The awards provide a reduction of between 25% and 100% on tuition fees but do not cover other costs like the registration fee, deposit, or boarding fees. The application process is competitive and involves submitting an application form, sitting a scholarship assessment, and attending an interview with the Scholarship Committee.
The school operates a waiting list system for year groups that are full. If a suitable place is not available at the time of application, a successful applicant will be placed on the waiting list. The non-refundable registration fee remains valid for two academic years while a student is on the list. The school will contact parents as soon as a place becomes available.
