Fees

Annual tuition at Axcel International School ranges from MYR 2 for 2026/27.

Application fee

- An application fee is payable when applying to join the school. It must be paid before a prospective student sits for any entrance checkpoint or test. This application fee is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

Registration fee

- A registration fee is payable upon registration to join the school and must be paid before a student is enrolled. This registration fee is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable even if the student decides not to join after acceptance; no pro-rating is allowed.

Resource fee and other recurring charges

- A Resource Fee is charged to cover workshops, PE classes, events, library/ICT/Science lab resources, and fees payable to external bodies. The Resource Fee is payable in one lump sum prior to the start of any academic year and is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable; no pro-rating or offsetting is allowed. Additional subject or programme fees (for example a Mandarin fee or other subject fees) are treated as part of the school's tuition/fee structure.

Tuition fees — billing structure and terms (how fees are charged)

- The academic year's tuition is divided into four quarterly Fee Periods: (1) 1 January to 31 March; (2) 1 April to 30 June; (3) 1 July to 30 September; and (4) 1 October to 31 December. Tuition (and any subject fees collected as part of tuition) is payable in advance for each Fee Period and must be paid before the due date set prior to the start of the subsequent Fee Period. The school may withhold access to classes or activities until outstanding fees are paid.

- Sibling discounts apply on tuition only and are applied to the elder sibling as follows: 2nd child – 5%; 3rd child – 10%; 4th child – 15%; 5th child – 20%. The sibling discount applies for the duration of each sibling's study and may be revised if a sibling withdraws or graduates.

- A 5% discount on tuition is available for families who make one full year's tuition payment in advance (after applying any sibling discount). Annual-payments may entitle the payer to a refund of tuition for remaining Fee Period(s) if applicable, but the tuition for the current Fee Period is non-refundable.

Tuition fees — amounts by year group / per term

- The school's public admission and fee pages and the school's published Terms & Conditions set out fee types, billing periods and policies, but do not publish the numerical tuition, application, registration, resource or deposit amounts on the publicly accessible pages or in the Terms & Conditions. Therefore specific monetary amounts per year group and per term are not available in the school's public materials. The school requires parents to request the current fee schedule from the school administration for up-to-date fee figures.

Billing schedule and payment enforcement

- Tuition and related fees for subsequent Fee Periods are payable in advance and must be paid by the due date provided on invoices. Late payment attracts a surcharge as stated on the invoice. If any fees (including late payment surcharge) remain unpaid 10 calendar days after the due date, the school reserves the right to terminate the student's enrolment, reallocate the place, withhold examination registration/results/certificates and forfeit the security deposit.

Security deposit (deposit / refundable terms)

- A Security Deposit is payable in one lump sum prior to the commencement of the student's first academic year and must be maintained during enrolment. The Security Deposit is non-transferable and is not to be used to offset fees. The Security Deposit must be topped up in accordance with the year of study if required. If sufficient written withdrawal notice is given, the Security Deposit will be refunded after deduction of any outstanding bills; in many other withdrawal/termination cases the Security Deposit will be forfeited. A written withdrawal requires three months' notice prior to the commencement of the next Fee Period, and the tuition for the next Fee Period must already be paid for notice to be considered sufficient. The school's accounts email for notices is accounts@axcel.edu.my.

Boarding fees (where applicable)

- There is no published boarding fee schedule or boarding provision information in the school's publicly available admission pages or the school's Terms & Conditions. No monetary boarding fees or boarding policy details are published in the official documents accessed. If a boarding option is required, the school's administration must be contacted for confirmation and current boarding fees (if any).

Other costs and additional fees

- The school's Terms & Conditions identify possible additional fee categories without listing amounts: subject-specific fees (e.g., Mandarin fee), resource fees, workshop or event fees, external authority or examination fees and any other fees related to offerings beyond core tuition. Uniform, transport, exam, enrichment activity, meals or device/technology charges are not listed with prices in the school's public materials. Any such additional costs are therefore unspecified in published materials.

Refund information and non-refundable items

- Application fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Resource Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and are payable in one lump sum prior to the academic year. Tuition Fees for the current Fee Period are non-refundable; however, for families who pay the full year in advance, tuition for remaining Fee Period(s) may be refundable subject to the school's refund rules. In the event of termination for non-payment or disciplinary reasons, no refund of tuition or other fees is payable. Security Deposit refunds are only processed after deductions for outstanding bills where sufficient withdrawal notice has been given; otherwise the Security Deposit may be forfeited.

Fee payment options and invoicing

- The school's public materials do not list specific payment methods (for example, bank transfer, credit card or online payment gateway) or bank account details. Invoices and late-payment surcharges are referenced in the Terms & Conditions, and the school provides contact details for financial or admissions enquiries (info@axcel.edu.my, accounts@axcel.edu.my and the telephone/WhatsApp numbers shown on the admissions page). Payment method details and instructions are provided to parents on the school's invoices or directly by the school's finance office.

Summary of what is available and what is not published

- Available as public facts: the school's fee policy structure (application fee, registration fee, resource fee, tuition billed in four quarterly Fee Periods, sibling discounts, annual-payment discount, security deposit rules, late-payment consequences and refund/forfeiture rules) is published in the school's Terms & Conditions.

- Not published as public facts: specific monetary amounts (numeric values) for application fee, registration fee, resource fee, tuition by year group (per term or per year), security deposit amounts, boarding fees, uniform costs, transport or other itemised charges are not published in the school's public admission pages or the Terms & Conditions. The school's Admission & Fees page directs parents to request the current fee schedule from the school administration. Therefore exact fee figures for the 2026/27 (or 2025/26) academic year are not available in the public materials accessed.
