Billing schedule and payment terms
- Academic year is divided into three terms; all applicable term fees are due and payable prior to the commencement of the term. Tuition is payable at the start of each term. Fees remain payable during absence for illness or other cause. The school may refuse entry if fees are outstanding for more than 30 days. A late‑payment penalty of RM 50 will be applied.

Sibling discount
- Sibling tuition discounts are applied as follows: 2nd child 5%, 3rd child 10%, 4th child 15% and 5th child 20%. If more than five children are enrolled the 20% discount applies. Discounts apply only to biological siblings sharing both parents.

Withdrawals and refunds
- Withdrawals must be submitted online with at least four (4) months' notice before the student's last day of school. If four months' notice encroaches into a new term, fees for that term will be pro‑rated accordingly. The security deposit is refundable after 30 days from the last day of attendance if withdrawal conditions are met. All withdrawals carry an administrative charge of RM 100. Entrance assessment and registration fees are non‑refundable.

- Fees are payable to BEACONHOUSE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES SDN. BHD. and may be paid through the school's established payment channels. A Beaconhouse payment gateway supports payment via bank account transfer and by debit/credit card.
