Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Enquiry and Visit
Families begin by completing a visit request form on the school website. Admissions staff confirm the appointment within two working days or suggest an alternative. This step gives parents and students an opportunity to tour the campus and ask initial questions.
2. Application Submission
Applications are submitted with proof of application fee payment and supporting documents, including the child’s birth certificate or passport and the past two years of school reports. Incomplete applications will not be processed, and families are advised to prepare documentation in advance.
3. Assessment and Parent Meeting
Applicants complete an entrance assessment, which varies by year group. Preschool applicants are observed through play, while Primary and Secondary students take written assessments and provide a short writing sample. Parents attend a short 20-minute meeting with admissions staff during this stage. Assessments usually last 60–120 minutes per subject.
4. Review and Decision
The admissions team reviews the student’s performance and application file. Parents are notified of the outcome within one to two weeks of the assessment. Placement depends on both performance and space availability.
5. Offer and Acceptance
Successful applicants receive an official offer letter and a Letter of Acceptance to be signed. Parents confirm the place by returning the acceptance and making the required payment. By signing, families agree to the school’s rules and regulations. If the year group is full, the child will be placed on a waiting list.
The school operates a waiting list for year groups that are at full capacity. If a student is placed on this list, their application remains valid only for that academic year. Families must reapply in the following year if a space does not become available.
The school website does not publish any information about scholarships or financial aid programmes. At present, there is no evidence that Collinz International School offers scholarships.
