Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Application Submission
Families begin by completing the Student Application Form and submitting it with required documents. These include a recent passport-sized photo of the child, copies of parent and child identification (passport or IC), and the child’s most recent two years of school reports. Parents must also provide proof of payment for the application fee.
2. Assessment and Parent Meeting
Applicants are invited to complete an assessment appropriate to their age group. For Preschool, children are observed at play, while Primary and Secondary students complete written tasks, usually lasting 60–120 minutes per subject. A short 20-minute parent meeting is also held to discuss the child’s background and learning needs.
3. Offer and Acceptance
Admissions decisions are communicated within 1–2 weeks after the assessment. Successful families receive a Letter of Acceptance, which must be signed and returned with proof of payment of the registration fee and deposit to secure the place. If the year level is full, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.
The school operates a waiting list system for year groups that have reached capacity. Placement on the list does not guarantee admission and is valid only until the end of the current academic year. Families must reapply if they wish to be considered for the following year.
The school does not publicly disclose a formal scholarship programme. While individual testimonials mention students being awarded scholarships, no structured scheme, criteria, or eligibility process is described on the international school’s website.
