The daily schedule includes a morning break (around 30 minutes) and a lunch break (40-50 minutes), with lunch provided by the school canteen.
The Sungai Buloh campus provides a school bus service for students. Transport is operated by external providers but coordinated by the school to ensure safety and coverage of nearby residential areas. Routes and costs are arranged with families during the admissions process, with several pick-up and drop-off points available across Klang Valley.
Application Fees
A one-time Admission Fee of RM 8,000 is required from Year 1 onwards.
A Registration Fee of RM 1,000 (Early Years – Year 11) or RM 1,500 (A-Level) applies to all new students.
For A-Level applicants, there is also a one-time Application Fee of RM 250.
A refundable deposit equal to one term’s tuition fee is payable and returned upon withdrawal with six weeks’ notice.

Additional Fees
- A-Level Resource Fee: RM 625 per term (non-refundable)
- Readmission/Transfer Fee: RM 3,000 per family (non-refundable, for returning or transferring students)
- Miscellaneous Fees: Up to RM 200 per term for uniforms, textbooks, transportation, meals, and extracurricular activities (charged separately)
- Service Tax (SST): 6% applies to annual tuition above RM 60,000. Malaysian students with OKU cards are exempt.
Sibling Discount
The eldest child pays the full fee. Each subsequent child receives a 5% tuition discount.
Refund Policy
Deposits are refunded upon withdrawal with six weeks’ written notice. All other fees are non-refundable.
Payment Options
Fees are billed by term and must be settled before the start of each term. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
ELC International School's Sungai Buloh campus offers a British-style education for students aged 3 to 16.
