Application Fees
A one-time Admission Fee of RM 8,000 is required from Year 1 onwards.
A Registration Fee of RM 1,000 (Early Years – Year 11) or RM 1,500 (A-Level) applies to all new students.
For A-Level applicants, there is also a one-time Application Fee of RM 250.
A refundable deposit equal to one term’s tuition fee is payable and returned upon withdrawal with six weeks’ notice.

Fees are billed termly. The academic year runs from September to July (three terms).

Additional Fees
- A-Level Resource Fee: RM 625 per term (non-refundable)
- Readmission/Transfer Fee: RM 3,000 per family (non-refundable, for returning or transferring students)
- Miscellaneous Fees: Up to RM 200 per term for uniforms, textbooks, transportation, meals, and extracurricular activities (charged separately)
- Service Tax (SST): 6% applies to annual tuition above RM 60,000. Malaysian students with OKU cards are exempt.

Sibling Discount
The eldest child pays the full fee. Each subsequent child receives a 5% tuition discount.

Refund Policy
Deposits are refunded upon withdrawal with six weeks’ written notice. All other fees are non-refundable.

Payment Options
Fees are billed by term and must be settled before the start of each term. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.

ELC International School's Sungai Buloh campus offers a British-style education for students aged 3 to 16. The curriculum is based on the National Curriculum for England, leading to the Cambridge IGCSE examinations. The campus is situated on a 6-acre site with facilities that include a 2-acre sports field, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a half Olympic-sized swimming pool, and a dedicated music and performing arts studio. A notable aspect of the school's program is its participation in the Duke of Edinburgh International Award, which challenges students in the areas of community service, physical recreation, skills development, and adventurous journey. The school also offers the Junior Award Scheme for Schools (eJASS) for primary students.
