Online Application. Families complete the online application form and submit required documents (birth certificate/passport, ID documents, previous school transcripts, photos).
Application Fee Payment. Pay the non‑refundable RM 1,000 application fee via the designated payment channels.
Placement Test & Interview. Once the application is received, students sit for an entrance/placement test and participate in an interview with admissions staff (students) and/or parents.
Offer of Place. Successful applicants receive an Offer Letter, usually within a week of the testing, contingent on seat availability. The offer is secured by paying the enrolment fee, refundable deposit, and tuition.
Enrollment & Start. Upon payment of all fees and completion of documentation, the student is officially enrolled and provided the school calendar and orientation details.
The school does not have a waitlist.
Fairview offers merit-based scholarships, which can cover up to 100% of annual tuition. These are available in three categories:

Awards are reviewed annually, and around 20 scholarships may be offered each year.
Fairview is the only IB World School in Perak that offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years (PYP) and Middle Years (MYP) Programmes.
