Admissions Process

1. Begin with an enquiry session and a school tour to learn about IDRISSI International School Setia Alam and its eco-friendly learning environment. This initial contact helps you understand the admission steps and plan the subsequent actions. The academic calendar begins in September, and enquiries and enrolment are accepted throughout the year.

2. The admission process requires an assessment. Preschool candidates participate in a trial class; Primary candidates take English, Mathematics and Science assessments along with reading and speaking tests; Secondary candidates are assessed in English, Mathematics and Science (Year 7–9) and, for Year 10, in English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography and Computer Science (if applicable). The assessment schedule varies by age.

3. After assessment, proceed with registration and pay the applicable fees. The fees include an Application Fee and a Registration Fee, and a refundable Deposit; other charges may apply as listed in the fees schedule. Registration and fee payment finalize the enrollment.

4. A visa application is part of the admissions process. The process includes visa arrangements for international students, handled as part of the transition to Malaysia. The admissions team provides guidance and required documents to support visa submission.
