IGB International School uses English as the language of instruction for all classes, with a World Languages programme as an exception. English Language Support (ESOL) is available for Grades 1–8 to help students access the curriculum when English is a second or additional language. The Intensive English Academic Programme (IEAP) is offered for Grades 1–6 to develop English proficiency and support transition to IB programmes.
IGB International School caters to students ages 3 to 18. It is the only school in Malaysia authorized to deliver the full continuum of International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes: the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, Diploma Programme, and Career-related Programme. The campus features notable facilities including a 50-meter Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 400-meter running track, and a FIFA-standard astroturf football pitch. Students also benefit from a 534-seat theatre and specialized Design Technology & Maker Spaces.
