Refund Policy
Application and Registration Fees
The Application Fee (RM 300) is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Security Deposit
A refundable deposit is required at the time of enrollment:

The deposit is refundable upon withdrawal, but the refund is conditional:

A full term’s written notice of withdrawal is required.

If this written notice is not submitted before the start of the final term, the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits must be topped up as the student progresses to higher year levels (since tuition increases with level).

Special Notes
For Year 11 students, the annual tuition is split over two terms (Term 1 and Term 2). There is no refund of tuition if a student withdraws mid-year or after exams are scheduled.

Fees for uniforms, books, and IGCSE exams are non-refundable once paid or issued.
