Imperium International Secondary School (IISS) in Kota Kinabalu was established in 2024 as part of the Edumaax Education Group, a subsidiary of MAA Group Berhad. The school was founded by Tunku Dato’ Yaacob Khyra, who has a personal connection to Sabah, having spent significant time there during his schooling years.
