English is taught as a first language in Primary, with Intensive English for Grades 3–5. Malay Language and Arabic Language are taught in Primary and Secondary. French is offered as a language option in Secondary. English As A Second Language / First Language English is provided in Secondary, alongside Intensive English Programmes.
International Islamic School Malaysia (IISM) in Gombak delivers the Cambridge pathway from Primary through Secondary and A-Levels. Primary covers Key Stages 1–2 with English as First Language, Mathematics, Science, Arabic, Malay, Islamic Studies, Quran, PE with compulsory swimming, arts and Cambridge ICT certification. Secondary subject groups include First Language English/ESL, Additional Mathematics or Business Studies, sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Arabic, Malay and French, ICT and PE, alongside clubs, sports and a Uniform Unit. The school is a CAIE examination centre (since 2000) and publishes detailed fees, payment options and timelines. Boarding is offered via on-campus student accommodation for both male and female students, and the school shares a vetted list of third-party bus operators for transport. Campus hours are 8:30–16:15 (Fri 12:30).
