International Islamic School Malaysia (Kuantan) aims to be the leading International Islamic School in Southeast Asia by 2025. The school follows a structured program with Primary Key Stages 1 and 2 and Secondary Key Stages 3 and 4. The Primary program includes Mathematics, Science, English, Bahasa Melayu, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Physical Education, Quran, Arts, ICT, and an Intensive English program. In the Secondary years, English, Mathematics, Science, Bahasa Melayu, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Quran, Physical Education, and Arts are offered, with Cambridge ICT, Global Perspectives, and History included, and Malaysian History available for dual certifications. A Reception program is offered with a Montessori approach.

Established in September 2013, IISM Kuantan is a branch of the International Islamic School Malaysia, affiliated with the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The school offers a education that integrates Islamic values with academic excellence. IISM Kuantan provides an integrated curriculum combining the Cambridge International Curriculum with Islamic education. Subjects include Mathematics, Science, English, Bahasa Melayu, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Physical Education, Quran studies, Arts, and ICT.
