Boarding fees

Secondary (Years 7-11): MYR 17,000 per term. The combined boarding and tuition fee is MYR 41,380 per term (MYR 124,140 annually).

Sixth Form: MYR 17,000 per term. The combined boarding and tuition fee is MYR 42,970 per term (MYR 128,910 annually).

Billing schedule and payment terms

Fees are payable termly and are due at the start of each term. Fees typically increase annually in August.

Other costs

Day fees include meals, learning resources, and most co-curricular activities. Secondary tuition and admission fees are inclusive of a 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST).

Refund information

Registration and admittance fees are non-refundable. The deposit is fully refundable provided the school receives one full term's written notice.

Fee payment options

The school's preferred payment method is a direct bank transfer. Credit card payments are accepted but incur a 3% administrative fee. Cash payments are not accepted.

Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar (KTJ) is a day and boarding school in Negeri Sembilan, accommodating over 1,000 students aged 3 to 19.
