The school is located at 22 Jalan Kiara, Mont'Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Early Childhood Education spaces include dedicated play areas, and two courtyards provide outdoor space for breaks and events. Facilities are grouped into Social Spaces, Fitness & Sport Spaces, Creative Spaces, Learning Spaces, and Services Spaces. Key facilities include a 25-meter swimming pool, seven science labs, a large library, a theatre with over 400 seats, and extensive technology and maker spaces.
59,000 square feet of natural grass fields support PE, recess, Saturday sports for younger students, and athletics such as soccer, touch rugby, and softball for older students. There is a 25-meter swimming pool and an additional early childhood pool. Two air-conditioned Sports Halls accommodate basketball, volleyball, badminton, and other activities. The gym is fully equipped with cardio and weight equipment, and there are two climbing walls. A Futsal Court and a Tennis Court are also available on campus.
Seven fully-equipped science labs support experiments across disciplines. A Middle School STEM Lab, a Product Design Lab, and multiple computer labs provide hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, and design, with robotics and coding introduced in Elementary School from Grade 4. The campus provides over 500 computers and Wi-Fi campus-wide, with iPads used in Pre-K to Grade 2, Chromebooks in Grades 3–5, and a Bring Your Own Device program for Grades 6–12. The Library houses over 37,000 books and offers study rooms and maker spaces. Music, art, ceramics, theatre, and related spaces support Visual & Performing Arts as part of the curriculum.
M'KIS offers two types of after-school activities: ASEA (After School Enrichment Activity) and ESPE (Elementary School Extracurricular Programs), both fee-based. Clubs and service programs provide a well-rounded experience across academics, physical activity, social engagement, and leadership. Representative clubs and programs include Club Robotics, Model United Nations, Public Speaking, Theatre, Dance, Art, Mandarin Club, French Club, Media Club, and Tech Corps. Service organizations include Helping Hands and Homes for Malaysia. A theatre program and other performing arts opportunities supplement the curriculum.
Mont'Kiara International School caters to students aged 3 to 18.
