Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Book a school tour or attend an open house (if available):
This helps families understand the school environment, curriculum, and facilities. Dates and details for open days can usually be arranged through the admissions office.
2. Complete and submit the application form:
Families will be asked to provide personal and academic information, past school records, and any relevant support documentation (e.g. for learning needs). There may also be a placement assessment, particularly for higher year levels.
3. Attend the trial session or interview:
A refundable trial deposit of MYR 1,500 is required, which is offset against the enrolment fee upon acceptance. The trial helps determine student fit and support needs.
4. Receive and review the placement offer:
If accepted, parents will be sent a Placement Letter and invoice for the one-time enrolment fee (MYR 7,000) and capital levy (MYR 3,500).
5. Confirm enrolment and settle fees:
Parents sign the Placement Letter, confirm their instalment payment plan, and secure the child’s place by making the necessary payments. The school also requires a Student Contract and offers instalment options (annually, semesterly, or termly).
The school does not publicly state that it operates a waitlist or pooled admissions system.
Placement decisions appear to be made individually following the application and trial process. Parents should confirm availability with the admissions team during application.
