The school is structured into Early Years (for students aged 3-5), Primary (Years 1-6), and Secondary (Years 7-11).
Nilai International School is a co-educational day and boarding school. Boarding facilities are available for secondary students from the age of 11 upwards, with boarders living on campus under the supervision of House Parents.
