Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Submit Application and Documents. Parents are required to complete the application form accurately and provide all necessary supporting documents. These include:
recent passport-sized photos
birth certificates
copies of passports or MyKad for both the student and parents
latest academic reports
any learning support or special needs reports

2. Schedule and Attend Entrance Test. An Entrance Test will be scheduled, provided there is availability in the desired year group. The school may also conduct interviews as part of the assessment. For elementary students, the test includes an interview, reading, and writing, while secondary students undertake assessments in English, Mathematics, Science, and an IQ test.

3. Receive and Confirm Offer of Acceptance. Upon successful completion of the Entrance Test and interview, an Offer of Acceptance letter will be issued. Parents must formally accept or decline this offer by the specified deadline. To secure the student's place, a Registration Fee and a refundable Security Deposit must be paid within the stipulated timeframe. For non-Malaysian citizens, admission is conditional upon possessing a valid Student Visa from the Malaysian Immigration Department.

Waitlist

The school operates a waitlist system for year groups where places are in high demand or are full. If an application is submitted when a class is at capacity, the student may be placed on this waiting list. A student's position on the waitlist is determined by the school's admission criteria and can change as other students join or leave the list. The school will contact parents directly if a vacancy becomes available for their child from the waitlist.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

The school does not advertise specific scholarship programs for prospective students.
